1. Wet Hair & Bar: Thoroughly soak your hair with warm water. Wet the shampoo bar under the water.

2. Lather: Gently rub the wet bar directly onto your scalp and roots (not the ends) a few times, or rub the bar between your wet hands to create a rich lather.

3. Massage: Massage the lather into your scalp using the pads of your fingers (avoiding your nails) to cleanse the roots and stimulate circulation. The suds will naturally wash down the length of your hair.

4. Rinse: Rinse your hair very thoroughly with warm water until all the lather is completely washed out. Follow with a conditioner or a diluted Apple Cider Vinegar rinse, especially if you are new to using shampoo bars.
