 How to Use Revlon Combi/Oily Foundation Mocha

1. Start with clean skin and apply a mattifying primer to create a smooth base.
2. Dispense 1–2 pumps of foundation onto the back of your hand.
3. Dot the product onto the cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin.
4. Blend outward from the center of the face using your fingers, a foundation brush, or a makeup sponge.
