 How to Use Revlon Combi/Oily Foundation Toffee

• Begin with clean, moisturized skin.
• Apply a mattifying primer to create a smooth base.
• Dispense 1–2 pumps of foundation onto the back of your hand.
• Dot the product onto the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin.
